Provides 2.5% XP boost. Saves ~6 hours to 99 but takes 6-8 hours to obtain.
Dragon/Infernal Harpoon
Dragon Harpoon (61 Fishing, 60 Attack):

Infernal Harpoon (75 Fishing, 85 Cooking):
