Free-to-play has 24 quests worth 46 Quest points. They are the fastest early XP in the game, unlock core items like the rune platebody, and gate many members quests. Here is every F2P quest, what it rewards, and the order to do them.

Start Here: The Fastest F2P Quests
Do these first. They have no requirements and take only minutes:
- Cook's Assistant — 300 Cooking XP
- The Restless Ghost — 1,125 Prayer XP
- Sheep Shearer — 150 Crafting XP
- Witch's Potion — 325 Magic XP
- Doric's Quest — 1,300 Mining XP
Tip: Quest XP is fixed, so use it to skip slow low-level grinds. Prayer and Smithing are the two hardest F2P skills to train early — the quests above carry you through their worst levels.

Dragon Slayer I: The F2P Capstone
Dragon Slayer I is the hardest and most rewarding F2P quest. It needs 32 Quest points to start and unlocks the rune platebody — the best body armour in free-to-play — plus 18,650 Defence and Strength XP.
Save it until last. By the time you have 32 Quest points, you will already have the levels and gear to beat Elvarg comfortably. Bring an Anti-dragon shield, food, and a Strength potion.
