- Start in Ver Sinhaza. Talk to Garth outside the Theatre of Blood, then report what you saw to Safalaan at the Myreque base.
- Spy on the vampyres. Pay Harpert 1,000 coins, climb the theatre roof (watching for the steam vents) and look through the red window.
- Serafina's home. Read Flaygian's research, meet Safalaan at Serafina's house, gather the mysterious meat, herb and vial and mix the blood potion to unlock the door.
- It's a trap. Return to the hideout and defeat the level 149 Abomination, which can be safespotted with Protect from Missiles.
- Forge the flail. Get the rod of Ivandis from Veliaf, attach the emerald to the silver sickle, enchant it, then add the chain to make the Ivandis flail.
- Defeat Ranis Drakan. Talk to Kael in Ver Sinhaza and kill Ranis (level 233), dodging his blood bombs and killing the vyrewatch he summons.
- Finish up. Return to Safalaan in the hideout to receive Drakan's medallion.
