- Start in Sophanem. Talk to Jamila, read the message she gives you, then meet Maisa at the campsite east of the city.
- Jaltevas Pyramid. Inspect the blocked entry, then fight the Head Menaphite Guard (level 174) — do not use overhead protection prayers.
- Ruins of Ullek. Talk to Maisa, light the furnace with coal, read the stone tablet, dig up the chest and rotate the iron scarab emblem to enter.
- Solve the tomb. Kill the two Scarab Mages, pull both levers within 60 seconds, then place the emblem urns in the order indicated by the plaque riddle.
- Champion of Scabaras. Fight the level 379 Champion with Ranged and Protect from Magic, destroying shadow rifts and killing scarab swarms as they appear.
- Cure the pox. Get raw or cooked meat for the crocodile, pick the Lily of the Elid west of Nardah and deliver the cure crate to Sophanem.
- Menaphite Akh. Gear up in melee, then defeat the level 351 Menaphite Akh in the necropolis, dodging her lightning attacks and interrupting her channelled attack.
- Finish up. Return to Sophanem and speak with the High Priest or Maisa to receive the Keris partisan.
