Cabin Fever continues the Pirate storyline and unlocks Mos Le'Harmless, cave horrors and halved charter ship prices. It needs 42 Agility, 45 Crafting, 50 Smithing and 40 Ranged, none boostable, plus several quests.

Walkthrough

- Set sail. Talk to Bill Teach at The Green Ghost, then board The Adventurous at the Port Phasmatys docks and speak to Bill again.
- Blow up the cannon. Take fuses and ropes from the lockers below deck, swing to the enemy ship and use a fuse on the powder barrel next to the cannon.
- Repair the hull. Search the repair locker for planks, tacks, swamp paste and a hammer, then patch all three holes.
- Steal plunder. Swing back to the enemy ship and loot the chest, crate and barrel until you have 10 plunder, then store it on The Adventurous.
- Sink the enemy ship. Load, ram and fire the cannon to hit the pirates, then blast three cannonball holes in the enemy hull, cleaning the cannon between shots.
- Finish up. Watch the cutscene at Mos Le'Harmless and receive the Book o' Piracy from Bill.

01What skills do I need for Cabin Fever?
42 Agility, 45 Crafting, 50 Smithing and 40 Ranged — none can be boosted — plus Pirate's Treasure, Rum Deal and its prerequisites.
02Can the cannon explode?
Yes. Clean the cannon with the ramrod after every shot and ram the gunpowder before loading a canister or cannonball, or it will blow up and need a new barrel.
03What are the rewards for Cabin Fever?
2 Quest points, 7,000 Crafting, 7,000 Smithing and 7,000 Agility experience, access to Mos Le'Harmless, cave horrors, halved charter ship prices and the Book o' Piracy.
04How long does Cabin Fever take?
It is a Short Experienced quest, mostly spent on the ship repair and cannon minigames.
05Are the Cabin Fever requirements boostable?
No. The 42 Agility, 45 Crafting, 50 Smithing and 40 Ranged requirements cannot be boosted.
06Is Cabin Fever worth doing?
Yes. Mos Le'Harmless opens up cave horrors and Trouble Brewing, charter ship prices are halved, and the quest is required for the later Pirate quests.
