- Cabbage, tomato, onion, potato, equa leaves and doogle leaves (obtainable during the quest)

Walkthrough

- Start with Rantz. Talk to Rantz south-east of Gu'Tanoth; the quest must be started before you can make arrowtips.
- Make ogre arrows. Use a chisel on 4 wolf bones, chop 4 achey trees, fletch the logs into shafts, add feathers and attach the wolfbone arrowtips.
- Open the chest. Give Rantz at least 6 arrows, answer all his questions, then unlock the ogre chest in the cave north of him and take the bellows.
- Bloat the toads. Fill the bellows at the swamp bubbles south-west of Rantz and use them on swamp toads to catch three bloated toads.
- Hunt the chompy. Drop a toad on the marked spot, take the ogre bow from Rantz and kill a chompy bird with 30 Ranged, then pluck the carcass.
- Cook the chompy. Ask the ogre children for the seasonings, gather the three named ingredients and cook the raw chompy on the spit north of Rantz.
