The Lumbridge & Draynor Achievement Diary includes includes Lumbridge, Draynor, Al Kharid desert and Zanaris. The rewards are claimed from an NPC named Hatius Consaintus who can be found just outside Lumbridge castle.
The Lumbridge and Draynor Diary covers Lumbridge, Draynor Village, Al Kharid, Dorgesh-Kaan and Zanaris. Hatius Cosaintus, east of Lumbridge Castle, hands out the rewards. The easy tier is deliberately beginner-friendly, needing only modest skills and no quests beyond Cook's Assistant and Rune Mysteries. It is often recommended as a player's first diary, since the early tiers are quick and the Explorer's ring cabbage-patch teleports are useful for starting farming runs.
The Explorer's ring 1 to 4 is the reward. Easy gives free Low Level Alchemy casts and run energy restores. Medium adds three daily teleports to the cabbage patch at South Falador Farm. Hard makes those teleports unlimited and boosts Tears of Guthix XP by 10%. Elite gives 30 free High Level Alchemy casts a day, a 20% Culinaromancer's Chest discount, double cave goblin wires, staff-free fairy rings, and a seventh Slayer task block slot.
Prioritise the medium tier for the cabbage-patch teleports, which are excellent for herb and allotment runs, then the hard tier for unlimited teleports. The elite tier is a major convenience upgrade because fairy rings no longer need a Dramen or Lunar staff, but it requires completing every quest for the Quest point cape emote. Ironmen should note the mith grapple needs 59 Smithing and Fletching or Ancient Cavern access.
