The Kourend & Kebos Achievement Diary is in the area of Kourend and the Kebos Lowlands. The rewards are claimed from an NPC named Elise who can be found outside at in the Kourend Castle courtyard.
The Kourend and Kebos Diary covers the five cities of Great Kourend, Hosidius, Arceuus, Lovakengj, Port Piscarilius and Shayzien, plus the Kebos Lowlands including Mount Karuulm, Lake Molch, the Farming Guild and Wintertodt. Elise, in the Kourend Castle courtyard, grants rewards. Favour with the houses is a recurring requirement. Released in 2019 alongside the Kebos Lowlands update, its tasks span skilling, favour grinding and high-level PvM such as Skotizo, hydras and the Chambers of Xeric.
The Rada's blessing 1 to 4 is the reward line. Each tier increases the chance to catch two fish at once from 2% to 8%, improves Kourend Woodland teleports, and at medium and above adds a Prayer bonus of +1 then +2. Hard adds the Ash sanctifier from Tyss, lets a Slayer helmet replace a Shayzien helm (5) against lizardman shamans, and gives more free dynamite from Thirus. Elite grants unlimited Mount Karuulm teleports, full Prayer XP from the Ash sanctifier, 10% extra blood runes, more Konar Slayer points and permanent Karuulm burn protection.
Prioritise easy and medium for cheap Crabclaw Isle access, free dynamite and the fishing perk. The hard tier is the big one for most players because of the Ash sanctifier, which passively grants Prayer XP while training combat. Elite is a long grind requiring 95 Slayer, 90 Woodcutting and Magic and 85 Farming, but the 8% double-fish chance and Mount Karuulm teleport are excellent for anglerfish and karambwan fishing.
