Regicide opens the elven kingdom of Tirannwn and the ability to wield the dragon halberd. It follows Underground Pass and needs Agility 56 and Crafting 10.

Use quicklime and ground sulphur on a barrel of naphtha, then use a strip of cloth on the unfinished bomb.
