Plague City is the first Elf quest and unlocks the Ardougne Teleport spell from its scroll reward. It has no skill requirements and takes only a few minutes.

Walkthrough

- Start the quest. Make the hangover cure, speak to Alrena near Edmond's house, take the picture of Elena, then speak to Edmond.
- Soften the ground. Use 4 buckets of water on the mud patch behind the house and dig with a spade.
- Enter the pipe. Go south to the farthest pipe, open the grill, use a rope on it and speak to Edmond again.
- Find Elena. Wear the gas mask, climb the pipe, search the houses for Martha, Ted and Milli Rehnison, then find the building with an X.
- Get the warrant. Talk to the Clerk, speak to Bravek and use the hangover cure on him to receive a warrant.
- Rescue Elena. Search the barrel west of the staircase for a small key, speak to Elena in the cell, then return to Edmond.
