Pandemonium is the introductory Sailing quest that unlocks the Sailing skill, The Pandemonium, a raft and a spyglass. It has no skill requirements and teaches ship handling.

- Salvage the wreck. Talk to Will or Anne at the south docks of Port Sarim, take the helm, sail south-east of the Karamja Shipyard and deploy the salvaging hook.
- Explore Pandemonium. Talk to 'Squawking' Steve Beanie in the pub and Ribs to the north, then talk to Steve again.
- Get a raft. Head east to the docks and talk to Junior Jim for a raft, then board it and build a cargo hold at the facility hotspot.
- Courier the cargo. Talk to Jim again for a Captain's log, then board the north-east gangplank and sail north to Port Sarim.
- Deliver and return. Take the cargo from the ledger table, store it in your cargo hold, sail back to the Pandemonium and deposit it at the ledger table.
- Finish up. Talk to Junior Jim, then to 'Squawking' Steve Beanie in the pub.

05How long does Pandemonium take?
It is a Short novice quest with no requirements and no combat, so it can be finished very quickly.
06What does Pandemonium reward?
300 Sailing experience plus another 100 when you deliver the cargo, for 400 total. It also gives a raft, 2 repair kits, a spyglass and 25 sawmill coupons.
07Is Pandemonium worth doing?
Yes. It is the only way to unlock the Sailing skill and is required to start later Sailing quests such as Prying Times.
