- Start the favour chain. Talk to Yanni Salika in Shilo Village and agree to his favour, then mine gems at the Shilo Village Mine if making your own.
- Work through the favours. Visit the jungle forester, Brian, Aggie, Johanhus, Fred the Farmer, Seth Groats, Horvik and the Apothecary in sequence.
- The long middle stretch. Continue to Tassie Slipcast, Hammerspike Stoutbeard, Sanfew, Captain Bleemadge, Arhein and Phantuwti, gathering herbs along the way.
- Feldip Hills and the gems. Talk to Tindel Marchant, Rantz and Gnormadium Avlafrim, then cut a gem and place it in each landing light.
- Fight the Slagilith. Return to the fishing guild cave, read the animate rock scroll and kill the level 92 Slagilith (wield a pickaxe or use Magic).
- Repair the weather vane. Search the weather vane, use a hammer on it, then smith the three parts on an anvil with a bronze, iron and steel bar.
- Finish up. Work back through the chain to Yanni Salika and let the dialogue finish.

One Small Favour FAQ
01Why is One Small Favour considered so long?
It is a chain of favours that sends you all over Gielinor talking to a long list of NPCs and gathering items for each of them.
02What are the One Small Favour skill requirements?
Agility 36, Crafting 25, Herblore 18 and Smithing 30, all boostable, plus Rune Mysteries and Shilo Village.
03Can the Slagilith be safespotted?
Yes, it can be safespotted and is weak to crush and Magic. Wielding any pickaxe removes its 67% damage reduction.
04How long does One Small Favour take?
It is officially a Long quest because of the huge favour chain across Gielinor. Weight-reducing clothing and fast teleports save a lot of time.
05What are the One Small Favour rewards?
Two lamps granting 10,000 experience each to any skill level 30 or above, a steel key ring, the ability to make and drink Guthix rest, the ability to craft pot lids, and gnome glider access to the Feldip Hills.
06Do I need to bring cut gems for One Small Favour?
You can bring two each of cut opal, jade, red topaz and sapphire, or a chisel to cut the uncut gems given during the quest. Opal, jade and topaz can crush (up to two replacements cost 500 coins each), but sapphire cannot.
07Any ironman tips for One Small Favour?
Ironmen without the Guthix rest herbs can get marrentill, harralander and guam from chaos druids, or from the Sorceress's Garden winter garden after Prince Ali Rescue.
