My Arm's Big Adventure teaches My Arm to farm and unlocks a disease-free herb patch on top of the Troll Stronghold. It needs 29 Farming and 10 Woodcutting and ends with a fight against the Giant Roc.

Walkthrough

- Start the quest. Go to the Troll Stronghold kitchen and talk to Burntmeat, then talk to My Arm east of him.
- Gather the goutweed lump. Travel to Death Plateau and use a bucket on the cooking pot to get a goutweedy lump, then return to My Arm.
- Prepare the soil. Talk to My Arm again, read the book he gives you and use 3 buckets of Ugthanki dung and 7 supercompost on the soil patch.
- Get the tubers. Talk to Captain Barnaby, meet My Arm in Tai Bwo Wannai, then talk to Murcaily near the hardwood grove.
- Teach My Arm to farm. Return to the Troll Stronghold roof and give My Arm the rake, compost, hardy gout tubers, seed dibber and plant cure in order.
- Defeat the Rocs. Fight the level 75 Baby Roc and the level 172 Giant Roc. Keep your distance and move between tiles to dodge attacks.
- Finish up. Talk to My Arm, give him a spade, report to Burntmeat, then talk to My Arm on the roof.
