Keyboard users: hold shift while editing to set the secondary swap layer. That is where Remove (Construction) and Withdraw (STASH) belong.

01What is the Menu Entry Swapper in OSRS?
The Menu Entry Swapper (MES) lets you reorder, hide, and promote the options in the right-click and long-press menu. The top entry becomes your left-click or tap action. MES 2.0 is available on the Official Client and mobile from version 240.6.
02How do I apply these presets?
Long-press or right-click the object to open its menu, press the Edit button, then use the up arrow to send the option you want to the top. Each object has its own menu, and you can reset a single object without touching the rest.
03What is the most important swap to set?
Bank booth to Bank, and NPC Attack above Walk here. Those two fix the most common misclicks. For PvP, always keep Walk here reachable so you can freeze-escape.
04Do these presets work on RuneLite?
MES 2.0 is only for the Official Client and mobile. RuneLite has its own Menu Entry Swapper plugin, so third-party client users do not need these steps.
05Why did my swaps change after an update?
MES 2.0 launched on 7 September 2026 and reset some walk-here swaps during migration. If your setup feels wrong, use Reset minimenu ordering in settings and rebuild it deliberately.
