Walkthrough

- Start the quest. Talk to the Odd Old Man north of the Digsite.
- Gather the 27 bones. Hunt down each listed monster, from bats and werewolves to basilisk, mogre, jogre and zogre, collecting one special bone each.
- Buy the vinegar. Talk to Fortunato in Draynor marketplace and buy 27 jugs of vinegar.
- Prepare the bones. Use the vinegar on the pots, then use each bone on a pot of vinegar to make 27 bones in vinegar.
- Boil the bones. At the Odd Old Man, place a set of logs on the pot-boiler, use a bone in vinegar and light it, waiting for each to finish.
- Finish up. Boil all 27 bones, then talk to the Odd Old Man.

06How do I get the basilisk bone without 20 Defence?
You can safespot or freeze the basilisk, so you do not need a mirror shield or the Defence 20 requirement.
07Do the Rag and Bone Man II bones drop every kill?
No. Each listed monster has a 1/4 chance to drop its special bone, and you can hand bones to the Odd Old Man in batches.
